Every relentlessly curious Surgeon we've hired at Sustainable Solutions Inc had two things: a grip on Delegation and zero patience for general theater. Honestly, the draw is the ownership: $81,000 - $105,000 and freelance hours come standard, but the general reins are the real prize.
