We're hiring an Environmental Engineer for the unglamorous, essential work of making Microsoft Azure fast enough that nobody notices it at all. Bring the heads-down-and-happy energy and 3 years; NAI Global brings $99,000 - $149,000, a Boulder base, and room to grow into more.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate GraphQL metrics into the one chart NAI Global leadership checks each morning
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and Professionalism libraries
- Refactor the technology module NAI Global has been afraid to touch
- Ship Node.js fixes to NAI Global customers in Boulder, CO the same day they report them
- Build RabbitMQ self-service tools so Boulder teams stop filing tickets for everything
- Own the mid-level .NET Core workstream that unblocks the rest of NAI Global's Boulder, CO roadmap
- Read the REST API stack traces others skim past, and trace bugs to their root
What You'll Bring
- A writer's ear for tone in a high-stakes email
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a mid-level capacity
- Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
- A track record of trust-the-team delivery in a part-time structure
Long obsessed with RabbitMQ, NAI Global has turned a Boulder office into one of the metrics-driven centers of technology innovation in CO. Our Boulder team would rather over-communicate than leave a teammate guessing at midnight.
You will grow fastest here, with $99,000 - $149,000, a mentor, benefits, and flexible Boulder, CO hours clearing the runway in front of you.
Stamped current this morning, the part-time opportunity awaits your application.
Don't let this Environmental Engineer opening pass you by; apply today.
